Saipan's A1 Real Estate Hotline is a full service real estate and consulting broker for the islands of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. The owners are Ronnie and Jeanne Hodges and we can assist with any part of the acquisition, lease, or liquidation of any Northern Marianas Islands property.
Ron Hodges is the principal broker and A1 is in the process of adding Korean, Cantonese, Manderin, and Japanese agents to better serve our diverse community.
Ron is a licensed real estate broker in the commonwealth, a licensed auctioneer, and an experienced appraiser as well, with over 1800 formal written property evaluations, BPO's, and appraisals. He is a long time resident of Saipan and and holds degrees through masters from Columbia, Embry-Riddle, Antioch, and Trinity in business administration, science, eduction, and economics.
Ron & Jeanne are married with a 3 old boy, Dane pictured below. Like most islanders, we enjoy golf, scuba diving, water sports, travel, and the layed back island pace of life.
